Alexander Boelen (Inno4Business) has many years of experience in managing creativity and combining expertise, focusing on business development by innovation. He has a background in architectural & urban design, knowledge management and (geo-) modeling & simulation. He has developed a large network in, amongst other, the worldwide intelligent transport arena, media & entertainment and universities & research institutes. Specialties:Experienced strategy and innovation advisor; business innovation manager.


Daan Noordeloos (Transavia). Responsible for the development and implementation of the European marketing and customer strategy of transavia.com. Be the organizational conscience on customer interests. Drive a cultural change towards delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences via the customer focus program. Manage a team that develops and implements innovative customer experience concepts to improve customer loyalty and value. This includes evaluating and optimization the service and complaint processes, implementing customer value based decision making, developing customer journeys and frontline staff training programs.
